Mozzarella Tomato Strawberry Salad combines tomatoes with strawberries. It sounds odd, but it makes perfect sense once you bite into it. I used burratina from
Liuzzi Cheese.

We went strawberry picking last week and are anxious for any and all strawberry recipes. It is nice to have a recipe that is somewhat savory rather than just sweet.

Strawberry season is short but sweet at our house. I look forward to seeing what all the other cooks in
French Fridays with Dorie thought of this one.

Look at all those luscious strawberries! Your presentation and cheese looks amazing.
What a perfect picture of eating that obviously juicy strawberry!
The capture of juice dripping down the elbow is perfect. Definitely what strawberry picking is about. Isn't it great to have an excuse to splurge for burrata?
Great photos - your salad is stunning! :)
We came back with six quarts last weekend from the PYO :-) I love fresh strawberries.
Great pictures.
Wonderful photographs! You rock sista!
Those strawberries look fantastic!!! Looks like your shorty is in love with them. Great looking salad too! :)
Oh wow! The burratina looks so scrumptious with the olive oil over it. Gorgeous pictures!
And it's so pretty!
Great photos! The cheese looks delicious. And your strawberries couldn't be fresher.
I used burrata also. I loved the creamy cheese with the fruit.
I love those photos. We're finally getting local strawberries now - they're very late this year - and this recipe was a great way to use the first batch I've managed to get this year.
Your photos tell the story so prettily!
The salad looks amazing and so does the little person enjoying the luscious looking strawberries!
That looks great! I'll have to try making it for Brianna and Jamie. (Gillian and I don't like eating fresh tomatoes like that.) I wish we had somewhere here to go strawberry picking.
