FFWD: Cafe Pleyel Burger

A burger with capers, cornichons, and parmesan cheese? Oui, if it is for French Fridays with Dorie. This was delicious- moist, flavorful, and so different. We loved it and will enjoy it again and again. Merci.

Looks great, and I want mine with that pickle just exactly like that on the side, please. I have to confess, I sampled this onion jam way more than was required. Will get around to posting it soon...have withdrawn from the group officially as I was not keeping up and wanting to make other things from the book instead. We did like this burger, though!

I loved this burger, thought it very tasty but huge.
It took two days to finish, but I enjoyed it both times.
I invited Tricia's family for dinner to get a few more
opinions since she was traveling this week. Everyone
seemed to like the burger.

I love this burger too...it is different from those that I used to make. This burger is tasty and full of flavor and shall be making them again :)

We really enjoyed this burger, too. Loved the onion marmalade as a condiment, too - nice discovery.

the marmalade was the best part! mixed feeligns on the burger; I may make this as meatloaf next time and leave the burgers just seasoned with salt and pepper.
